Using a party theme to help children explore issues around inclusion, exclusion and how God welcomes them

• Resources for a five-day holiday club for primary-age children based on aunique approach to the parable of the Prodigal Son
• Explores feeling, language and responses around ‘being cool’, race,bigotry, exclusion and inclusion through the ‘Cool Party’, the ‘Pigs’ Party’and the ‘Welcome Party’
• Games, crafts, all-together activities, drama help children engage with themes
• Finishes with an all-inclusive performance and a ‘Welcome Party’Original idea created with and by children!
