We are not making a legal offer to you to provide the goods/services; we are inviting you to make a legal offer to us to purchase the goods/services.

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods/services is subject to their availability.
We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given.

Every effort has been made to endure the descriptions and price of goods/services are correct at the time of purchase; we will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error including but not limited to pricing or description come to our attention. In the event of such an error you will have the option to complete the purchase, subject to the error being corrected or retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund on the individual goods/services.

These terms and conditions relate to any goods/services that you place an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time and your continued use of the website/services following any changes shall be deemed to be you acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly for any changes.

Although every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time, and it is possible that errors will occur; we will use reasonable actions to rectify any errors as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website; no information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only, you use, rely on this websites information at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential  loos or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with the use of this website.

The price of individual or group goods/services does not include the delivery charge.

Description of Goods/services

We have taken every care to describe and show all goods/services as accurately as possible, however, despite this errors and variations may occur.
We provide you with descriptive information about our goods/services on this website, if there is anything you do not understand or wish to obtain further information please place a product enquiry using the relevant link on the product pages.

We use new and recycled packaging for sending our orders. We do not provide a gift-wrap service. Depending on the size of the order, the items get delivered in unbranded envelopes or boxes – usually recycled, as we do not want to generate more litter, than necessary.

Visitor/customer material & conduct

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our privacy policy; any material you transmit or post to this website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and selected parties will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Alterations

On occasion you could be viewing an out of date page, we deem it your responsibility to refresh pages of our site and when needed deleting the cache your computer/web browser will hold on our site; this includes but is not limited to product pages, terms, privacy, cart and checkout.

By using our site you a bound to the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current, you shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

Ordering

Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal or by bank transfer by special pre-arrangement and shall be due before dispatch of goods. Organisations can be provided with a full invoice for products if necessary.  If your payment fails your order will be cancelled within 14 days, unless you contact to specify otherwise.

No goods will be dispatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared. Please be aware if you are paying by PayPal eCheque these may take up to two weeks to clear.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order.

Packaging

We use new and recycled packaging for sending our orders. We do not provide a gift-wrap service. Depending on the size of the order, the items get delivered in unbranded envelopes or boxes – usually recycled, as we do not want to generate more litter, than necessary.

Security

In the case of paying by Paypal, We do not have access to your financial details as your order transactions are completed and handled by PayPal.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your contract with Bible Mugs at any time up to 7 days after receipt of your goods, in line with your statutory rights. To cancel your contract you must advise us in writing, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page of the website.

Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us within 14 days, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. Please follow our ‘Returns Procedure’ (see below).

You will be refunded for the goods within 30 days of us receiving notification in writing of the cancellation.

Returns Procedure

Where necessary, items should be returned in their original packaging and ‘as new’

Before returning any items, you must inform us via our contact page (using returns as your subject) of the reason for the return. Please quote your original order number on all returns and correspondence.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: it is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your PayPal email address. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

Faulty items

If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item either in writing (by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website).

For items to the value of £10 sale price, we request photographic evidence of any visible faults instead of a return.

The goods should be returned to us in line with our Returns Procedure (see above).

We will check products returned as faulty. If the fault is verified, we will replace the item within 5 working days at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return. If, for any reason we are unable to replace the item (for example, due to discontinuation of a product), you will be offered a choice of a substitute alternative product or a refund for the faulty item.

For items over £10, please contact us via our contact page putting ‘faulty item/s’ as the subject; describe the type and extent of the fault and we will advise you how to proceed.

For heavy, courier delivered items of the value of over £10 with visible fault (s) that we wish returned to us we can, upon request, dispatch a replacement item and arrange a courier collection of the damaged item at the same time (*please note this is only available in the circumstance that the recipient will be available at the address to pass the faulty goods to the courier)

In the event the faulty goods are to be returned to us by the recipient, please see our Returns Procedure (see above).  If the goods you have returned are found not to be faulty, you will be notified in writing.  You will receive a refund or an offer of a replacement for the original goods, however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges, and no return delivery charges will be refunded.

Items damaged on arrival

In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product, you should notify us in writing (either by e-mail or by using the Contact page on the website) within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. For items to the value of £10 sale price, we request photographic evidence of any visible damage instead of a return.

For items over £10 sale price, please contact us via email or using our contact page putting ‘item/s DOA’ as the subject; describe the type and extent of the damage and we will advise you how to proceed.

For heavy, courier delivered items of the value of over £10 sale price with visible damage that we wish returned to us we can, upon request, dispatch a replacement item and arrange a courier collection of the damaged item at the same time (*please note this is only available in the circumstance that the recipient will be available at the address to pass the faulty goods to the courier)

In the event the damaged goods are to be returned to us by the recipient, please see our Returns Procedure (see above). Once we have received the goods, we will examine the goods for the damage. If the damage is verified, we will replace the item within 7 working days at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred by the return.

If the goods you have returned are found not damaged, you will be notified in writing. You will receive a refund or an offer of a replacement for the original goods, however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges, and no return delivery charges will be refunded.

Wrong item/s delivered

If, by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 days. The goods should be returned to us in line with our Returns Procedure. Once we have received the incorrect items, or received proof of postage, the correct items will be shipped within 7 working days and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred by the return.

Item/s not required*

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (by e-mail or by using the Contact page on the website) within 5 days of receipt of the item. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 30 days of you notifying us of the cancellation.

The item should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions within 14 days of you notifying us. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost, and they should be returned in their original packaging and ‘as new’.

*This condition does not apply to consumable or personalised items, unless previously agreed in writing.

Extra item/s delivered

If, by mistake we supply you with extra items, you must notify us immediately, either in writing (by e-mail or by using the Contact page on the website) The item(s) should be returned to us in line with our Returns Procedure (see above). Once the goods have been returned to the Despatch Depot, you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred by the return.

If you do not inform us of receipt of extra items and you are found in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods in full.

Non-Delivery of Item(s)

Please allow 5 working days from dispatch for the delivery of ordered items. If the items are still not delivered after this time, please contact us via email or the contact page from our website. Please provide us with the original order number as reference.

We will then investigate the non-delivery with the relevant postal service provider and offer you a replacement order to be sent out or a full refund for the undelivered goods.

We have the right to terminate your access to any or all of the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion discontinue the website/services or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the website/services.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

Miscellaneous

You may not assign sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
